The client approached us with complaints about slow performance and a need for additional storage space to accommodate future data. In response, we proposed a solution that involved upgrading the existing 256GB SSD to a brand-new 1TB drive. Furthermore, we facilitated the installation of the latest operating system, transitioning from macOS High Sierra to macOS Catalina.

Following the successful hardware and software upgrades, we assisted the client in seamlessly transferring their data, including any newly acquired files, to the upgraded system. As a result, the client experienced improved performance, expanded storage capacity, and the ability to work with up-to-date software.
